Position Summary
Winslow Law, LLC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in our Pawleys Island, SC office. This is an in-office position, with some flexibility for remote work on certain tasks as needed. The Associate Attorney will support clients through all phases of civil litigation, including research, drafting, negotiations, and court representation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain strong attorney-client relationships and communicate case updates clearly
- Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
Qualifications
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina
- Strong knowledge and experience in civil litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in civil litigation and/or business law
- Experience handling negotiations and client-facing matters
