Welcome to the Winslow Law 2nd Annual Lucky Duck Hunt! Before you grab your friends and start searching, please read the rules and important safety information below. By participating in the hunt, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page.

This is a free community event — no purchase is required to participate or win.

🔹 Contest Duration & Prize Eligibility

• The official contest period runs from March 23 - April 10, 2026.

• Only one duck may be redeemed per person during the contest period.  You may have other family members or friends participate with you to find ducks.  One GRAND PRIZE winner will be drawn from the entries of winners who find the ducks and register online with a picture of you and your duck at the location you found it. Prizes for Red ducks may be picked up at Boulineau's IGA at the Guest Service desk, and prizes for yellow ducks can be picked up at the Winslow Law office in Pawleys Island.  

• Ducks may still be found and redeemed after April 2nd, but they will not be eligible for the Grand Prize once it has been awarded.

• All ducks found are winners!

• Employees and family members of employees of Winslow Law or any of our participating sponsors are ineligible to participate or win in the contest. 
• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winner must provide valid identification and complete any required tax documentation. Void where prohibited by law.

🔹 How to Redeem Prizes & Get Registered for the Grand Prize:

• Each duck includes a card with prize instructions.  You can also refer to this website throughout the contest for infromation.

• To claim your duck prize, return the card found with your duck to one of our prize pick up locations.  To get get registered to win the GRAND PRIZE, you must register online by clicking the link above or simply scan the QR code on the card attached to your duck, snap a picture and upload it into the Grand Prize registration form.  To get extra entries into the Grand Prize drawing, share your find on social media and tag Winslow Law or any of our participating sponsor locations. 

• South End and Myrtle Beach: Prizes for the Signature Winslow Law YELLOW SPARKLY DUCKS can be picked up at the Winslow Law Office in Pawleys Island during business hours, M-F, 8:30am-5pm.

• North End: Prizes for Boulineau's signature RED DUCKS can be picked up at Boulineau's IGA at the Guest Service Desk in Cherry Grove.

  The deadline to claim your prize and get registered for the GRAND PRIZE giveaway is Thursday April 9, 2026 at 5:00pm.  The Grand Prize winner will be drawn on Good Friday, April 10, 2026.  Ducks redeemed after that date may still be turned in for a prize as available, but will not be eligible for the Grand Prize. 

• Prizes range in value from $10 to $50, awarded randomly.  The grand prize is an Easter Basket worth over $2000 in prizes from Winslow Law, Boulineau's, 810 Entertainment, eNation Worldwide, and our participating  sponsors.

🔹 Safety First

Participants agree to:

• Obey all local laws and posted signage.

• Search only in public, non-restricted areas.

• Stay off private property, avoid dangerous locations (like construction zones, roadways, or bodies of water), and use common sense.

• Respect the community, environment, and others who are playing.

If a duck looks difficult or dangerous to retrieve, don’t risk it — report it to us. Safety matters most.

🔹 Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in the Duck Hunt, you voluntarily assume all risks, including (but not limited to) minor injuries, trips/falls, weather exposure, or property damage.
You agree to release and hold harmless Winslow Law, its employees, volunteers, affiliates, and all participating sponsors from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during your participation in any aspect of the Duck Hunt.

🔹 Use of Photos & Names

By accepting a prize or submitting a photo, you give Winslow Law and sponsors permission to use your name, likeness, and photo in promotional materials, social media posts, and event recaps.

🔹 Contest Changes or Cancellations

Winslow Law reserves the right to update, change, postpone, or cancel the Duck Hunt at any time for safety, weather, or other unforeseen reasons.

🔹 Legal Stuff

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal matters will be handled in Horry County, SC.
