We are looking for more Civil Litigation Attorneys for our office in Pawley’s Island, SC to help our clients find justice and compensation for their legal issues.

You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals, using our time tested systems, AI assistance, legal research tools, and the best practice management system available.

We want to equip you to perform research on case law for civil litigation matters, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case.  You will serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation.  In person or on our top of the line remote access video conferencing system.

You will work to arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate.  Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information.  You will oversee Civil Litigation case files from beginning to end.

We just need you to have your state Bar Association membership and SC state license to practice law or be awaiting results come early October (lets hope 🙂 ).

The law is computer heavy now a days, so proficiency is essential.  Plus, superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued.
