Experienced Advocacy. Trusted Representation. A Commitment to Justice.
Winslow Law is proud to welcome Susan F. Campbell to our team of experienced attorneys. With more than two decades of legal experience representing clients throughout South Carolina, Susan brings extensive litigation knowledge and a well-rounded perspective to the firm's growing practice.
Susan concentrates her practice on personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, giving her valuable insight into how cases are evaluated, defended, negotiated, and resolved.
Before joining Winslow Law, Susan practiced with several respected South Carolina law firms, most recently representing injured individuals at Derrick Law Firm in Myrtle Beach. In this role, she guided clients through every stage of the litigation process—from initial investigation and discovery to depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Susan earned her Juris Doctor in 2002, graduating in the top 20% of her class. She received CALI Awards for excellence in Family Law and Legal Writing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications (B.A.J.M.C.) from the University of South Carolina.
Susan has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since 2002 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is an active member of both the Horry County and Georgetown County Bar Associations. Susan is also an undergraduate and graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. She also completes annual training with Trial Lawyers University.
